First, we would like to give you a little insight into the fabriaction of the worlds best rotisserie cookers. Our process starts with the C-N-C Plasma Cutting System. All of the parts on Cadillac Cooker Rotisserie Cookers are first drawn and cut on a computer controlled cutting system. This is one of the things that set us apart from other rotisserie cooker builders in the country. While most still cut their parts using a hand torch.
The benefit of using a C-N-C machine is that every part we cut is going to be exactly the same as the the next. In turn this gives us the ability to produce parts that fit perfect on every unit we produce with super clean edges. Next all of the parts are cleaned and go into inventory for the build process. Our fabricators then pull the ordered rotisserie smoker package from inventory and begin the build process. The build process starts with a sheet of 3/16″ flat steel which is rolled in a sheet roller into the desired diameter based on the customers order.
Once that is completed our fabricators begin to put all the C-N-C cut pieces together like a big puzzle and weld all the seams. After the rotisserie cookers fabrication process is complete the unit is gone over with a fine tooth comb to make sure that all areas on the unit hav clean and well penetrated welds. Once this is complete the rotisserie cooker is cleaned and all of the splatter produced by the mig welders is removed and the surface is clean and ready for paint or powder coat.
Our rotisserie cookers are painted with the best high heat paint available (Rustoleum High Heat Paint). High Heat Powder Coating is available on request. Finally, the rotisserie shelves, motor, and all electronics are installed and the rotisserie cooker is ready for final inspection and then delivery to the customer. We at Cadillac Cookers take alot of Pride in the rotisserie cookers we produce and look forward to a long lasting relationship with the people who enable us to do what we love to do……….
