Hello this is Joe with Cadillac Cookers Rotisserie Smokers. Since introducing our new gas system we have received rave reviews. Our customer are reporting to us that they are getting a fantastic smoke ring and better flavor than anything they have ever smoked in their previous rotisserie
smokers or rotisserie cookers. Perfectly even temps throughout the units and super easy to use. All you do is put your meat in your rotisserie cooker, set the temp on the Digital Temp Controller and take it off when its done. Its that simple, no need to ever re-position any meat on our rotisserie smokers.
