Awesome New Gas System / Air Convection
Cadillac Cookers is proud to announce that we have a new revolutionary Gas Combustion System for all of our rotisserie smoker models. The new gas system allows you to use high efficiency gas heat for you smoker to keep PERFECT temps automatically while you get some sleep.
You can also turn the gas switch off and use the unit for competition. With the gas turned off, the digital controller will engage the fan only. This allows you to start your coals, close the firebox dampers on your rotisserie smoker, and the convection system will automatically turn on and give your coals or wood the air they need to get to your desired temperature. Once the temp is reached, the air will turn off. When the temp drops 3 degrees, the fan will automatically come back on and bring the temp back to the desired setting.
The Wayne Combustion Burner System is replacing our old Pipe Burner Manval System. This system will no longer be used on our rotisserie smokers. The new system is $1,049 verses the old system which was $399. BUT, the new system will pay for itself in no time, with much less fuel consumption. The new system is 4 times more efficient! So in a 10 hour cook at 225 degrees, it will save you approx. $12.00 in fuel!
